Our reservation system provides a quote based on the vehicle model, rental duration, and additional services selected by the customer.

Drivers in Japan must have a driving license recognized by Japanese law.
You must have the following documents and licenses at the time of pick-up:
– (1) An international driving permit and your original driving license (or a driving license recognized by Japan)
– (2) If you are not a resident of Japan, you must present your passport upon entry

Unfortunately, if you cannot present your driver’s license at the time of departure, you cannot rent a car. Driving without a license violates the Road Traffic Law. Please remember to bring it.
Our company does not charge mileage fees.

Please note that if you cancel the reservation, you will need to pay the stipulated cancellation fee.
– Cancellation 18 days before departure:
non-refundable deposit

30% of the rental fee

80% of the rental fee
– No-show at the time of pick up
100% of the rental fee
(If you are more than 1 hour late without notice, it will be treated as a “reservation cancellation”)

Drivers in Japan must have a driving license recognized by Japanese law. The person who made the reservation and accompanying travelers (co-drivers) must submit the same license and proof at the time of pick-up to be allowed to drive our company’s vehicles.

Our company offers services for picking up and returning cars at different locations. Customers can select the relevant locations for pick-up and return procedures in the reservation system according to their needs. If the selected location is not displayed in the system or if you have other questions, please contact us.
(Additional fees may apply for pick-up and return services at different locations.)
*If you need to change the pick-up and return location due to unforeseen circumstances (additional fees will apply), please contact us as soon as possible.
Our company offers pick-up and return services outside of business hours, which include additional fees.
The rental itself includes basic insurance, but the compensation amount has a limit. Customers can purchase fully coverage insurance.
Yes, but your international driving license plate must be issued based on the Geneva Convention of September 1949.
* International driving license plate issued under the Vienna Convention of 1968, EU-issued permits, or other forms of licenses are prohibited from driving in Japan.
* If the driver’s license is issued by Switzerland, Germany, France, Belgium, Taiwan, or Monaco, it must be accompanied by a Japanese translation certified by the Japan Automobile Federation (JAF) or the Japanese embassy.

According to Japanese law, driving under the influence of alcohol is illegal, and our company has the right to refuse service to suspected drunk individuals. Additionally, if a customer has previously rented a car with unpaid fees or compensation, our company has the right to refuse the contract.
We apologize for the inconvenience. “Driver arranged by the rental company” and “introducing drivers” are prohibited by Japanese law.
Our company will adjust the rental fee according to peak and off-peak travel seasons.
According to traffic regulations, children under 6 years old must use a child seat when riding in a car. Our company also provides child seat rental services.
We will replace suitable vehicles with winter tires free of charge during the snow season.
some of our company’s vehicles provide original navigation systems, and some vehicles provide apple CarPlay and android auto systems. Please ask the store staff for details. Please note that some systems only display in Japanese
All our vehicles are non-smoking.
1. Personal compensation, no limit per person (including vehicle liability insurance)
2. No upper limit for third party property compensation per accident.
3. Compensation for your own vehicle is limited to the current value of the vehicle in each accident.
4. There is no upper limit on personal injury compensation.
*1 When a passenger is injured in a traffic accident (including death or sequelae), regardless of whether the driver is at fault, there is no upper limit on the amount of compensation. Insurance includes commercial loss compensation (NOC).
Standard insurance compensation system
Personal compensation, maximum compensation of 30 million JPY (customer compensation 100,000 JPY)
Property damage compensation per incident (for the other party’s property such as a house or private vehicle) maximum compensation of 30 million JPY (customer compensation 100,000 JPY)
Vehicle compensation is limited to the current value of the accident vehicle (customer compensation 50,000 JPY or 100,000 JPY)

n the event of accidents, theft, breakdowns, or damages not attributable to our company, a fee will be charged to compensate for the business interruption during the repair or cleaning period. The fee is based on the extent of the damage or the time required for repairs.
All fees are paid at the time of pick-up.

Furthermore, ETC/Highway Fee or fuel fees and any additional will be settled at the time of return.
We accept most major credit cards.
Please consider the following reasons and confirm:
– (1) Input error
– Please check the card number and expiration date again.
– (2) Issues with the credit card
– The card is not usable
– The card has reached its credit limit
– The card has expired, or the expiration date is shorter than the rental period
– The card has been suspended
– (3) Restrictions by the card company
– If there is an error despite correct input and a valid card, please contact your credit card company.
For online payments, you will need to register your credit card information at the time of reservation, and payment will be made at that time.
* When registering credit card details at the time of reservation, we will perform a “card authentication procedure” and confirm with each credit card company for the validity of the credit card for the reservation amount. Until the usage date, the card verification procedure will be performed at the time of reservation, when the reservation amount changes due to reservation changes, and X days before the departure date.
On the day of pick-up:

Since the fuel tank is full when the vehicle is rented, you must fill the tank before returning the car. If you cannot fill the tank before returning, we will charge you based on the distance traveled or the remaining fuel indicated on the fuel gauge. Please note that fuel charges may be higher than the actual fuel used.
If you have an accident, please follow these three steps immediately. Be sure to complete all three steps as they cover the necessary procedures for insurance claims.
– (1) Assist the injured person first.

Regardless of who is at fault, both parties must report to the police. Complete all necessary procedures, as an accident report (accident description) must be provided later.

Yes. Regardless of the size of the damage or the presence of the other party, please treat it as an “accident”. Whether you can judge the situation or not, please complete all the procedures mentioned in Question 30. (If the necessary procedures are not completed, related insurance and compensation cannot be claimed, and the cost will be borne by the customer.)
Additionally, as part of the business compensation during the repair period, the following fees will be charged based on the extent of the damage or the time required for repairs.
– Non-Operating Charge (NOC)
– (1) Unable to return the car at the designated business location (can drive by itself): 20,000 yen
– (2) Other (besides (1) above): 50,000 yen
During the rental period, if you want to change the return time or location, please be sure to contact us. Our staff will inform you whether changes can be made based on other reservations or details. Please note that overtime fees or one-way rental fees may apply.

Yes, depending on the availability at that time, we can provide parking for customers.
Our company may not be able to provide vehicles for reserved guests due to temporary vehicle breakdown or damage, but we will try our best to arrange other vehicles for guests to use. If the vehicle cannot be provided to the guest due to the above circumstances, all deposits will be refunded.
